A refreshing and delicious summer salad recipe! I really enjoy this crisp texture and balanced flavors. I make a lemon garlic tahini that brings it all together! Enjoy!

Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash, cut, and soak the Brussels sprouts (1 lb) and onion (1); add to a large bowl.

  2. Add dressing ingredients into a small container with lid and shake well; taste and adjust.

  3. Toast seeds (½ cup) and kernels (½ cup) with a bit of salt (½ tsp) on low heat and set aside.

  4. Add dressing, nutritional yeast (½ cup), and seeds and kernels to salad bowl; mix well.

  5. Allow to sit in fridge for 30 minutes before serving

  6. Enjoy!
